Joe,
An F-40ph has a cowl body with squint-eye front windows, no hood and walkway.
Has the photo been photoshopped? there's something really wrong with the proportions of that loco(all hat and no cattle), something like Grandpa made for his grandkids to run on a riding railway, or pedal around the back of the house.
How do they get a fuel tank and two 3 axle trucks under, and a prime mover/generator + radiators and compressor behind that ridiculously overly large cab? Maybe it has a truck engine for a prime mover and the air-comp fits in the nose.
