The rosters say that a lot of the WP&Y cars have ancient history back to the lower 48, but these ones seem unique. I counted and they actually have 13 windows vs the 12 on the Rio Grande coach, but I gather it’s the thin posts vs wide panels between them that make the windows bigger.

And that Stony Clove & Catskill Mountain looks to have been an interesting operation. I’d seen photos of their locomotive #1, “Hunter”, so these shots are new. Thanks for posting them.
