Back in the 90's I was scouting some spots for my 1993 charter, and Gerald Blea(C&TS Employee), saw me walking and asked if I wanted to ride with him. This was before the rotary run, and he had to check some stuff. He filled up his bottles at Cumbers, like you guys had mentioned. But, then he told me a story of how one time in the recent past they opened up the cistern and found a dead goat or some other animal in there!!! Doesn't make that water seem so good now does it!!!
