Thanks for the summary.
I'm not sure whether I roade behind #8 on the Loop in 1984 or in 1990 or in 1992. I need to break out the movies and see what got captured.
I've decided to order a PC (non-name brand) to allow me to video capture. And as posted, I do not plane on disposing of hard copy.
Thanks for the video help.
--------- hard knocks reminder:
I just lost a sector in my boot track on my PC. Danged if I did not loose a lot of applications (on my D: drive).
Luckily my three hard drives have 7 partitions on them. They worked like a fire wall in row houses. I lost a bunch of downloaded applications but the only imprtant data I seemed to loose was the electronic copy of my 2002 income-taxes.
I might have lost lots of digitised stills I've both taken and downloaded over the years.backups are still very important and I got lax about it.
I lost my D&RGW eqipment roster I'd transcribed to electronic media from my first visit in 1972. Fortunately I still have the worn legal pad scribblings. I also lost the durango track plan at that same visit but again, hard copy helps.
Oh well. Please do not let my mistakes happen to you. Remember to back up.
