Hi Glenn,
Not only is the Z6 IBS very good, but the high ISO performance is excellent as well. I think it is better than my older D4, and D5 owners have told me it is comparable to that camera. Both of those are professional cameras, which used to cost about 3x what a Z6 costs. The Z6 has so far proven to be a very good camera.
