That site has spent the past half decade or so gradually making itself worse instead of better, at a slow rate probably in hopes that the frog (ie, the public) won't notice it's being boiled. At least this particular issue isn't entirely their fault--partly, though, since some of the motivation for the pertinent legislation was corporate data-gathering.
