I don't think the D&S would be interested in trading 478 for 2 k-37's at least until 493 has up and running well, and not having similar problems to what 497 had when it ran on the D&S.
Even then, a lot of time has passed since the 478-483 deal, and things are different now. Wasn't the D&S supposed to have gotten 2 new diesels this year? They'll soon have 473, 476, 480, 481, 482, 486, 493 and two diesels able to run the line pulling a train. (perhaps one of them is due for a rebuild soon) but they seem to have ample power for the foreseeable future.
Plus if 493 works out for them they have other k37's already that could be restored without making a trade.
