Mystery Photo

A few years ago, I was given this photograph of a mining town, with the railroad in the foreground. I always thought that it might have been either Cripple Creek or Victor, but there are enough things that do not fit either one of them that I feel that I can rule them out. I don't know whether the track is narrow gauge or standard, but when you blow up the photo, you can see that it has been cut through at the road crossing and the rails bent. You can also see another track trending away from the foreground track, and a small bridge above the hat on the man bending over. The building in the right center with the sign says "Mine and Mill, Supplies and Machinery" and the one further up the hill in the left center, says "....Dry Goods" but that is all that I can make out. I would appreciate anyone who might have a remote idea where this was taken and what the railroad might be.
