My first thought is that if it ain't Creekle Creep then maybe Virginia City, Nevada, Everett -

But that's just a wild hunch from a notoriously wild-eyed foamer.  OTOH, that building in the center of the photo (not the foreground, but way in the background) is pretty distinctive – maybe a county courthouse or a school or some such – maybe even the CM/MT depot – that could pin it down for certain IF some other photos of the same town should surface.  It's kinda late tonight, but bein' a retiarded old geezer with not much that I have to do except walk m' dogs, I'll find some time tomorrow to skim Myrick's 'Railroads of Nevada & Eastern California' and see if something rings a bell.

p.s.  Cafky's Colorado Midland' has no photos that even come close, and I don't have a copy of 'Rails Around Gold Hill'.
