Greg,

this may come as a surprise to you but 90% of Train Drivers could care less, to them it's an inconvenient way to make a living. 10% really enjoy the job and 1% would be Fans. Some of those even have a trainset.

And without that important Enginedriver, you'd have no Films to sell.
