IMHO, the Cascade Canyon Express is perfect for people with more money than time. If someone is visiting the Four Corners on a 3-day weekend vacation and they're trying to see Mesa Verde, Chaco Canyon and the Four Corners monument, the Express is the only way they'll also be able to fit in a ride on the D&SNG.
