Both OC's and JBW's (posted by Dave P) show the narrow gauge rail on the same side. The lack of any background in OC's pic make me think this is Alamosa. Pic taken in the West Yard, west of the Depot (same location as JBW's). Probably taken shortly after noon in June with the sun high over head.
