Montrose didn't have that many tracks. Nor did Antonito.
Salida's narrow gauge rail was to the West (alongside the Arkansas R.) as the picture in question has the ng rail on the right then IF it is Salida then it could only be taken at the East Yard below the Roundhouse's BUT the left hand side of the picture should show rising ground and the Barrel Transfer in the background. The West Yard was mainly sg rail but with a 3rail yard leg to service the Shop sidings. Most photos show the Salida switcher facing Leadville. It cannot be the Salida transfer yard alongside the River since the ng rail would be on the riverside not that of the Tenderfoot hill.
Which is why my money is on Alamosa, most photos show the Switchers pointing East,

you could be thinking this
JOHN WEST view would help match but if the photographer was standing on the right side of the yard leg and facing West (opposite to this view) then the rail orientation will match.
Why John, did you not turn around and take this picture in the other direction...
