Without any landmarks in the background the location will be difficult to identify. There are some buildings visible in the background. Perhaps the location could be id'd by matching the buildings. Since we don't know which way the photograph is oriented, I am not sure we know if the standard gauge rail is on the east, west, north or south side of the NG track, but it is on the engineer's side.
