This is off topic, but of course we are aware that the FRA will not be inspecting our track. I merely said it was built to general FRA Class 1 standards, which also has requirements for types of joint bars, etc., indicating the seriousness and quality of the installation - it is not a cobbled together track. Everything has been done with design and oversight by railroad professionals. Several people on this forum have seen the track. Rule book is printed and all operations are conducted strictly in compliance with the book. We are aware of the insularity, and as previously stated, the locomotive will be fully compliant with all regulations, with full engineering documentation of all aspects of the design and build.
