John, thanks for the detailed explanation.
One quick input- I took a look at the C&TS web page and the reservations form there. It asks for a credit card number, however, it is not working in a secure mode. That's pretty disturbing. It should either default to a secure connection, or instruct the customer to call in the card number.
Best of luck with the software tweaks, and I hope you don't have to burn the midnight oil too much more to get the thing working properly.
