John Thanks for the background infos about the reservation programm. Computer problems are a sign of our time. Even the D&S ticket agent in Durango couldn't find my pre-paid ticket in May,neither in their system nor printed. I wasn't the only customer they had to "create" a replacement ticket. And don't forget; nobody's perfect. As long as a C&TS steam loco doesn't rely on MS software, the C&TS will be just fine.
