This raises more questions. Yes, the turntable bridge is across Powder River about 2 blocks downstream from the girder bridge that is presently at the foot Colorado Ave(St?). I was to it in September. But the builders plaque on it is clearly Passaic Rolling Mill Co. and could in no way be interpreted as "Cofrede" & Taylor. Hmm! Could this possibly refer to the girder bridge? Maybe have to do some more sleuthing!
