This is really neat stuff Steve!! FWIW in some pictures of S wye, across the mainline and siding from the water tank, there were a least a couple of box car bodies set out for storage. I think there was also some sort of pump house structure adjacent to the tower based on the valuation report. No idea what it looked like, but this is pruported to be where the Fairbanks Morse Z engine that we have had on a wood saw originally came from. If I have the story correct, city water was eventually piped to the tower making the well and engine unnescessary.
