Derrell Poole's roster shows those cars having been delivered and built January - March 1902. Given that they were assembled over about 12 weeks, that's about 14 cars a week, which, given the resources they had, seems possible. As the number series ran 4246-4407, #4319 would have been somewhere in the middle.
The 1904 Griffen wheelsets would have been cast in Denver, but the wheels were probably replaced several times over the years they were in service as the tires wore out.
My guess is that #4319 was possibly the last car of that series to have been through the car/carpenter shop in 1941.
