I'm just curious. I've seen video and photos of Chinese 30 inch gauge 0-8-0s with tiny drivers that could really pull. They'd be rolling (waddling) along at about 8-10 mph and look like they were flying based on the revolutions of the drivers and the blurred rods. They'd have long coal or whatever trains behind them.
