Mount Rainier Scenic Information

Sorry to bring up an old (ish) thread but my wife and decided a few evenings ago to hike Mt. Rainier National Park this summer (late July). I started digging into the website of the Mt. Rainier Scenic and am finding it hard to find basic information. Does anyone know the following or have a guess based on what the railroad has done in the past?

1. How long is the ride? From using context clues, I am thinking 30 or so minutes to the museum, an hour there and then 30 minutes back?
2. What is a normal mid summer schedule? Basic times they might be leaving for a trip (IE 9:30, 1:00 and 3:30)
3. What power is slated to be operational and could be on the trains this summer?
