Jerry & John,
Much of the Leadville Mineral Belt was 3-rail as can be seen from the remaining ties. There was also a crosstown connection with the Colorado Midland from the C&S yard, so there was regular switching, but the Line through South Park was still tri-weekly, that is after the ICC made the C&S resume service after they illegally shut the South Park line down in the 1920's.
