Dan and all,
Brillmeyer & Small Car Company was one of the great narrow gauge car builders. They are too seldom mentioned. But as can be seen above they sure did decorate their cars!
One of the few cars they built for a western railroad is a coach, later a combine at the Nevada State Railroad Museum-Boulder City. Built in 9-1875 the Eureka-Nevada #3 is too tired after over 100 years to ever run again. But I hope that the museum can move it, in fact their whole narrow gauge train, into a car barn, one of these days.
Thanks to Dan Markoff the Brillmeyer & Small Car Company will be better known in the future! And what a mobile home/ camper he will have to travel with the Eureka!
