The information I find on the locomotive is that it is listed as built June, 1957, with construction number 32933.
Regarding the ALCO/GE sales combination, it lasted from 1940 to 1953. GE continued to supply electric equipment to ALCO, but it began developing its own line of heavy locomotives that resulted with the introduction of the U25B in 1960. [source:

The White Pass 90-serries ("shovel nose") locomotives started coming in 1954 from GE with ALCO 6-241 engines:
90-91 in 1954
92-94 in 1956
95-97 in 1963
98-100 in 1966
Then it began getting locomotives from Montreal Locomotive with an advance version of the 6-241.
