I did search but had no luck in my search titles. This is good info. Two questions (1) What year was it built? (2) Was it scrapped in 2006, or in a museum today? Saw something in the old thread about being in a museum, but I could be confused with another WP&Y diesel. One more. Was this leased from the US Army and returned to them or someone else involved in these transactions? Okay I lied one more question. What was the purpose of these, to test the possible use on the whole system or just for switching purposes? Thanks for the info provided already. The shot I have is not very long, so it will be a quick info narrative, but some of these bits of info have made me curious on the particulars.
