Here is the 2015 version of the update sheet to my Gainesville Midland book (now about 15 pages of errata). It only covers GM 804 and several images of the loco specs were deleted to get the PDF small enough to upload.

I do not believe it is still in existence but there is no evidence of this one way or the other.
