yeah i noticed the sacks looked quite different to the bags used on the Uintah , also a conveyor belt beefing sued indicated its form a later date , i have seen any evidence of such advanced loading techniques in any other images.
anyway . looks like nobodies going to come up with a definite answer for this one, i'll just have to go with my gut feeling and the paltry photographic evidence. what a pity no one researched the railroad when memories were fresh and employees still alive ..still we are lucky that we have what we have and rodgers books should allow of most things to be fairly accurately reconstructed. .
