I think what you are asking about is the part outlined in red.
I suspect it is a covered and enclosed transfer area (in red) over what I think is dual gauge track.
Its lines don't match the warehouse behind, so it may be at an angle or tapered. Or a small separate building.
I have no evidence for any of this guesswork.
