C&TS #19 was re-engined by Bush in the early 1990s Sometimje before that the traction motors were rewound . It is my understanding that the problem with #19 is the traction motor(s) were burned uot when a previous operator tried to plow heavy snow with it ... Traction motors are certainly rebuildable , but like anything else ,costs money .
