That's just amazing Charlie, Most of us have an image of the Chili Line as a sort of "Mixed Train Daily" affair, but as you show this was not the case before the depression. Was this when the Freights exchanged trains at Embudo and turn around to originating terminals? One of our 100 mile locals does just that today.

Jimmy, love the old magazine with the color of railroading in years when work was (at least sometimes) fun.
