That's why I said "so-called Drovers' Caboose", as SFAIK on the D&RGW that was not its purpose, but on mid-western roads with long hauls for livestock that was the primary use for similar cars. SFAIK, #215/212 was an 'accommodation car' or 'multipurpose car' - used as a caboose, for l.c.l. cargo, and (less and less often) for passengers.
To be REALLY correct, if a replica were built to accommodate two dozen or so of us Phraud-O-Graphers at the end of a Phraud-O-Phreight, a more appropriate moniker would be 'Foamers Caboose'
