I know that 485 was in Alamosa on Jan. 31, 1951. The CRRM has a meet order between it and the last westbound San Juan at Antonito. The last run from Salida on the Poncha Pass line was in February 1951 with the 482 making the round trip and the 480 helping the southbound train to the top of Poncha Pass. The 485 could have made the trip north sometime between Jan. 31, 1951 and the last run over Poncha.
