As specified in the Special Instructions of Time-Table 122: "No. 461 is superior to No. 462." Solved the problem of the Silverton Branch train running against itself.

Thanks for the detailed response. You have confirmed my thoughts and those of others here that the notation in the timetable is not authorizing but informative.
