That is a scheduled meet between trains BUT 116 is superior by direction so 115 has to be clear by 116's departure time at the meet. If 115 cannot make the meet, 115 must clear wherever they can because 116 will leave at the departure time. I have the same scenario up at Cedar Creek between 315 & 316. In my case, an order to both 316 and 315 stating 316 wait at Cedar Creek for 315 supersedes the scheduled meet and times. Paul.
