On a side note related to the model making companies listed above, LGB has announced a C&TS boxcar in their summer catalog. pdf here.

I'm sure there was negotiation involved to produce this. If you want to see more models produced show there is a demand. Not only to show the manufactures that the consumer wants the product, but also to show the railroads they need to license the product.
