Seriously if the short ride is what you want and can afford head for Strasburg. Their line is what 3.5 miles, so 7 mile RT. But you get what you pay for!!!
I can sell you a diamond mine in Alaska for really cheap, but no guarantee its going to meet your expectations, or even be there for that matter!!!
Get a job, save some coin, and make a good trip of it. After you have earned your own cash, and spent it for the trip, you will appreciate it even more!!!
