The last time I visited the restoration project had done a wonderful job of building a new tender and lovely poplar locomotive cab, now painted black. They still were trying to take the locomotive apart - everything was rusted shut. The loco's wheels won't turn and the local volunteers are trying their best, without success (or $). According to members of the Hostler's Model Railroad Club, that meets at Union Station, the new director is not fond of trains! I hope she can be converted.
