You beat me to it! I figured that line was too good to resist, and was checking the rest of the thread before possibly duplicating a smart-ass comment from Haich O'Mannder, the JéBêWèX, Roger, Roosso, Skip or Steve, et al.
Anyway, there is testimony from reliable witnesses - backed up by photographic evidence - that foaming has been an issue along the San Juan Extension ever since it was built: see [ngdiscussion.net] et seq and [ngdiscussion.net].
