Hey Guys:
To put this whole thing in prospective remember that the maximum drag (I read somewhere) was 75 cars because of handling the train (I assume braking)and that except for the oil cars and lumber a lot of the east bound cars are empties. Most of the articles I have read say they took up to 25 cars in a cut with two engines up the hill. I think the exception may be the oil tank cars where I think two engines could only handle 11 or 12 cars. Factor that in and see whoat you get. We need to know the length of that passing siding to really settle things. I know it is long but can it hold 50 cars?
