Hi, John -

I notice that project 1134 - scheduled for Session 'C' in mid-June - is "483 display stairs".
Does this mean that moving #483 to Terrace Avenue - as announced several years ago -
is finally going to happen, or will she be a part of the proposed "Snow-Fighting Train"
display near the depot featuring Rotary 'OM'?

I presume the stairs are to allow visitors access to - or at least a good look into - her cab.
Is the cosmetic restoration farther along than I thought?
