Hi Beau,

The top photo that you posted with the three rail track was for the old Koppers Tie treating plant, which was located close to the joint shops but did not connect to it. The 3 rail track used to have all kinds of turnouts in place. The last time that I was there the three rail was cut back to almost nothing.

The Joint Shops later became the Associated Grocers Warehouse north of I-70 and West of I-25.

I don't know what it's used for now.
