There are several kits on the market. I think one in S from Finestkind . It's got the filler pipes that swing from a "U" stored position opening up to reach the dome filler hole on the tank car. Then when the pipes were in the folded stored position they had what looks like a 5 gallon can with waste in them slid over the filler pipe ends to catch any residual drips from the filler pipe ends.Then there are planks that served as walkways from the platform to the car dome. These were hinged and swung up to tuck vertically against the railings when not in use. I've got a picture somewhere and I can take a photo of my oil platform on my layout, if I can figure out how to post them.
