There are many photos of the 60 in Leadville with three-way coupler pockets and a switcher type pilot. Like the 13, when business began to wane, the road crews were expected to service the remaining industry before heading back to Como. Since there was no need for a Leadville switch job, put the 60 back into road service.
Ironic, isn't it? That a locomotive that was built for the Utah & Northern and served the bulk of its career on the South Park Lines ended up "Plinthed" in Clear Creek Canyon.
