I am nearly certain #60 was the Leadville switcher for many of the later years, but I may be mistaken. Most of the photos I have seen with #60 with a passenger train are from the same trip. #60 handled the last Westbound passenger train to Leadville on the Denver to Como leg. #9 replaced #60 at Como for the rest of the trip to Leadville and for the return trip the next day. The 2-6-0's were the go to locomotives on regular passenger trains. The Brooks moguls 21 and 22 seemed to frequent the Morrison branch. I would say most of the locomotives were involved in passenger operations at some point. I have even seen photos of CB&Q 537 pulling one of the "fish" trains.
The Clear Creek Branch saw almost every locomotive. The only definite exceptions are 74, 75, 76, D&RGW 343, 345, 346, & CB&Q 537. These locomotives were restricted to the South Park Line.
