This was taken back in 2010. My understanding is the D&S runs under a "modified" version of the old DRGW rule book, and that flagging is part of the game. Which I am all in favor of. The radio is good, can be very helpful, but the old rules provide a nice "fail safe" (assuming they are followed). Perhaps one of the D&S guys or gals can provide more info, or correct me.
