Thanks John, I'd just found what it was - 21.48 miles underground - the portals certainly looked new which gave it's, relatively, recent construction away. For my next visit I'm going to fly - changing trains in Paris isn't enjoyable - I can fly from Luton (reachable by bus so I don't get ripped off for airport parking) to Geneva - and the station at Geneva Airport is just by the terminal, just got to arrange the Swiss Pass before I go smiling smiley

Might do the Glacier Express this time - I know that my late mother did this trip a few years before she died.
