John,
It is great to see you have been able to come here again and have been fortunate with the weather (at least the moments shown on the pcitures!)
The Hotel Grischuna is indeed a good location for overnight stays!

A good service provided by RhB on their website is the graphic timetable and if you dig deeper you will find the Loco roster as well which shows you what type of Engine is planned on certain trains!

AND they still do mixed trains! When I went there to take pictures of the "old" Ge 6/6" The passenger train ahead of the freight train had more freigth cars on it than the actual freight train, which consisted of the mighty Ge 6/6" and a single four-wheeled container flat ;-)
