I haven't found the source of the photo using Google. I may have scanned it or downloaded from Ebay or elsewhere years ago. I've been collecting NG photos for my own use for about 40 years, and I used to make no effort to record the source. Now when it is so easy to share them, the source is long forgotten.

Anyway, during this morning's search I found this about the coach, at the bracketed portion:
