Dual Gauge Weight of Rail

Is anyone aware of the weight of rail used by the EBT at Mt. Union in their dual gauge trackage--both yard and mainline dual gauge?
And what of the D&RGW at Alamosa?
Did the D&RGW use tie plates on the third rail of their dual gauge? Photos of EBT dual gauge appear to lack tie plates on the 3rd rail.
